Sustainable seafood and ocean stewardship shape a four-course World Ocean Month dinner at Essensia Restaurant & Bar. The World Ocean Month Seafood Dinner with Slow Fish Miami takes place Wednesday, June 17 from 7 to 10 p.m. at The Palms Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach. Presented in collaboration with chef Allen Susser and Slow Fish Miami, the evening focuses on ocean-friendly ingredients and mindful dining.
Set within the hotel’s tropical garden surroundings, the dinner invites guests to explore the stories behind responsibly sourced seafood and the communities connected to it. The menu includes four courses paired with sustainable fine wines by Gérard Bertrand, along with Gray Whale Gin and Vodka cocktails.
The ticket price includes the dinner, beverage pairings and a donation to Slow Food Miami.
