Yoga with Sam Reynolds
This event has passed.
Practice gentle movement and breathwork surrounded by one of Miami’s most storied botanical landscapes at The Kampong. Yoga with Sam Reynolds is an all-levels vinyasa class that offers a calming, slow-paced flow, with options to either keep it mellow or deepen the practice—making it well-suited for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Taking place Saturday, June 14, the session concludes with time to relax beneath the canopy of Miami’s oldest Royal Poinciana tree—originally selected by the Fairchild family—alongside other notable cultivars, including rare yellow-flowering varieties. Participants should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle. Admission is $25 for non-members and $18 for Kampong members.
Located on Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove, The Kampong is a nine-acre tropical garden and the former home of renowned botanical explorer Dr. David Fairchild. This event is part of the Royal Poinciana Fiesta, an 88-year-old cultural tradition featuring nature-focused activities across Miami-Dade from June 7–15. The Fiesta supports local students pursuing careers in environmental sciences and is presented entirely by volunteers.
