Zitz Sum is an Asian fusion restaurant in Coral Gables. The restaurant offers a seasonal menu and a seven course tasting menu that changes weekly. The current menu is an ode to Japanese food, but with the use of Italian ingredients and technique. Zitz Sum earned a 2022 MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, was designated a 2022 James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant and a New York Times 2022 Best 50 Restaurants in America.
