Area 31

This breathtaking restaurant on the 16th floor of the Epic Hotel delivers guests a dramatic menu of fresh, premium seafood prepared with a Mediterranean influence. The restaurant features seafood from its namesake region, Fishing Area 31, the ecologically sound marine waters of the Western Central Atlantic including the entire Florida coast, Central America and northern South America. Area 31 offers event space for smaller and or larger crowds. There is two rooms for private dining; the smaller one can accommodate 6 to 8 people, while the bigger room can accommodate a party of up to 16 people on one long table or a party of 20-24 spread over two long tables. The semi-private spaces can be arranged according to the occasion to accommodate groups of up to 30-50 people in our dining room or our terrace. At this time Area 31 does not offer a buy-out option, but the 14th floor would be an option for larger events. B,L,D.
