Since February 2021, the Miami outpost of Michelin-starred and James Beard Award nominated Korean Steakhouse COTE NYC has been serving elevated Korean cuisine in Miami’s Design District. The 5,892-square-foot restaurant combines the bold flavors of Korean barbecue with the classic vibe of an American steakhouse. The result is a fine dining experience featuring top-notch service, world-class ingredients and a show-stopping beverage program.

Helmed by executive chef David Shim, COTE’s signature menu items include 45-day, USDA prime dry-aged beef with nutrient-dense, probiotic-rich side dishes; a Butcher’s Feast with chef’s choice of four selected cuts of meat accompanied by an assortment of Korean side dishes; and an elevated Steak Omakase experience. The sleek, intimate, 100+ seat dining area features smokeless state-of-the-art tabletop grills at every table. There is also an elaborate dry-aging room and two private dining rooms.

COTE’s 1200+ label wine list was nominated for “Outstanding Wine Program” two consecutive years in a row by the James Beard Foundation and also awarded Florida Sommelier. Other notable awards include the 2022 MICHELIN Guide Florida Star Revelation which recognizes the COTE brand as one of the only two restaurants in the United States with MICHELIN stars in multiple cities.
