The Jerry Herman Ring Theater
The Jerry Herman Ring Theatre, located on the University of Miami’s Coral Gables campus, presents a full season of exciting theatre and renowned musicals on the Alvin Sherman Family Stage. All performances feature talented and enthusiastic Department of Theatre Arts degree-seeking students.
The Alvin Sherman Family Stage at the Ring Theatre can be configured as a proscenium, thrust, or arena stage. The facility has been updated with sound and lighting systems, including an ETC ION lighting console and a digital sound mixer. The production facilities for the theatre consist of well-equipped scene, costume, and electrics shops.
