Bayfront Park

Spanning 32 acres in the heart of Downtown Miami, Bayfront Park is an ideal destination for visitors, families and anyone else looking to relax and play on the edge of Biscayne Bay. Besides an ample tree canopy and open lawn spaces, the park features wide walkways, a sandy beach area, fountain, tropical rock garden, waterfall and more. Bikers can enjoy an idyllic ride along Biscayne Bay on the park’s tree-lined baywalk path that extends through Bayside and Maurice Ferre Park. For families with kids in tow, the park’s Lee & Tina Hills Playground offers a variety of play structures to climb through and slide down. If you’re a fan of contemporary art, the park is home to a collection of three Isamu Noguchi public sculptures - the Challenger Memorial, Light Tower and Slide Mantra.

With its two performance facilities, Bayfront Park also plays host to a diverse range of events. Catch headliners and music festivals at the park’s FPL Solar Amphitheater, a state of the art solar-powered venue managed and operated by Live Nation. On the park’s southern end is Tina Hills Pavilion where free and by-donation daily yoga classes are held as well as smaller scale performances, corporate events and press conferences.

Check the park’s website events calendar for a schedule of yoga classes and special events. Park hours are 7am to 10pm.
