The Sales Revenue Analyst is responsible for managing revenue optimization, sales analytics, business evaluation, and market research initiatives for the Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) and City Center Campus.

About the Venue

The award-winning Miami Beach Convention Center is a LEED Silver-certified, state-of-the-art facility featuring 500,000 sq ft of exhibition space, ballrooms, breakout rooms, and outdoor areas, located near South Beach, Lincoln Road, and Ocean Drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies across venue services
• Conduct pricing analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Build dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Excel and Power BI
• Manage CRM and booking system analytics (e.g., Momentus Technologies)
• Analyze market trends and conduct competitive research
• Collaborate with GMCVB and external partners on economic impact reporting
• Support financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, finance, data analytics, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in revenue management or business analytics
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and financial platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Knowledge of AI tools and data automation is a plus

Work Environment

This position operates primarily in an office environment at the Miami Beach Convention Center, with flexibility to support evenings, weekends, and event schedules as needed.
