Babe Sculpt + Spa Night

Pilates, restorative stretching and an evening of spa access come together in a wellness session at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. Presented Saturday, September 19, Babe Sculpt + Spa Night is led by Hayley Gianoli and Vallerie Bello of Babe Hot Pilates and is open to participants of all experience levels.

Gianoli leads a non-heated Pilates flow focused on strength, alignment and controlled movement, followed by Bello’s restorative Babe, You Need to Stretch class. The two-part session combines active conditioning with slower stretching and recovery.

After class, participants receive access to The Standard Spa’s indoor baths, saunas, ice room and tea room.
