A dim sum–focused brunch with unlimited small plates and optional beverage pairings takes place at Hutong in Brickell. Scheduled for May 9–10, the Bubbles & Bao Brunch is timed to coincide with Mother’s Day weekend, offering a shared dining experience built around Northern Chinese flavors.
The meal begins with a continuous selection of dim sum, including items such as roasted pork bao, prawn rolls, mushroom and spinach dumplings and scallop wontons. Guests then choose from a range of main courses like wok-fried chicken with black beans, Zhen Jiang pork ribs, crispy Chilean sea bass or Kung Pao Iberico pork, followed by dessert.
Hutong, known for its interpretation of Northern Chinese cuisine, presents the brunch in a setting that combines restaurant, bar and terrace spaces. Pricing includes a set menu per person, with the option to add unlimited cocktails, wine, beer and mimosas. Reservations are recommended.
