A multi-day dining celebration at Jacinta de México highlights the culinary traditions of Puebla through a series of themed experiences. Taking place May 1 through May 5, Cinco de Mayo: Five Days of Fiesta presents a program centered on regional cuisine, daily rituals and live music.
The menu features Sabores de Puebla, showcasing traditional dishes such as enmoladas and mole preparations rooted in the region’s culinary heritage. Each evening includes El Brindis, a 5 p.m. toast paired with craft margaritas, along with a tortilla tasting that demonstrates time-honored techniques.
The celebration concludes on May 5 with a live mariachi performance.
