Cita a Ciegas (Blind Date)

A chance encounter in a Buenos Aires plaza becomes the starting point for a theatrical meditation on love, fate and the paths not taken. Cita a Ciegas (Blind Date) runs Thursday, September 17 through Sunday, September 20 at the Sandrell Rivers Theater. Performed in Spanish, the play follows several characters whose seemingly separate lives are connected by an unseen thread.

Written by Argentine playwright Mario Diament, the play unfolds as a puzzle of relationships, missed opportunities and decisions made too late. Set in Plaza San Martín, the story considers how random meetings can alter the course of a life, raising questions about time, memory and the many possible versions of the future.

The production is recommended for ages 13 and older. Tickets are $35.
