Sep 19, 2025
Starting: 7:30 PM
Classical tradition meets cutting-edge technology in a season-opening performance by virtuoso pianist AyşeDeniz Gökçin at the University of Miami’s Knight Center for Innovation.
As the 2025–2026 Frost Music Live Signature Series season opener, Classical Regenerated: Piano Recital reimagines works by Chopin and Vivaldi through a striking blend of original scores and AI-generated re-compositions. The program also invites audiences to interact with AI-trained avatars of the composers, engaging in real-time conversations about their music, lives and historical context.
Presented by the University of Miami Frost School of Music, this innovative concert sets the tone for a season of boundary-pushing artistry.
The season opener takes place Friday, September 19 at Newman Recital Hall.
