May 22, 2026
Starting: 10:00 PM
House, techno and disco-rooted club sounds come together in an intimate downtown setting with sets by Dan Ghenacia and Massimiliano Pagliara. The event takes place Friday, May 22 at Jolene Sound Room Miami and is open to guests 21 and older. The lineup brings together two European selectors known for deep ties to club culture, long-running residencies and wide-ranging approaches to electronic music.
French DJ Dan Ghenacia has spent more than two decades touring internationally, both solo and as part of Apollonia, the back-to-back-focused house trio. His career includes early immersion in West Coast house, the founding of Paris record shop Traffic Records and a long relationship with Ibiza’s Circoloco parties at DC10. More recently, his work has expanded into sound design, ambient music and interdisciplinary art projects through Alpha Wave Experience.
Italian-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer Massimiliano Pagliara is known for sets that move through house, techno, Italo-disco, electro, ambient and other open-ended electronic forms. A longtime presence in Berlin’s club scene, including Panorama Bar, he has released music on labels such as Live at Robert Johnson, Ostgut Ton and Permanent Vacation, and founded Funnuvojere Records as a platform for eclectic dance music.
Jolene Sound Room Miami is located in the basement of the historic Julia & Henry building in downtown Miami. Inspired by midcentury recording studios and 1970s leisure culture, the venue offers a close-quarters setting for dance music and nightlife.
