Feb 20, 2026
From: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
A one-night collaborative dinner brings together three internationally recognized chefs for an ingredient-driven experience overlooking Biscayne Bay.
Dinner hosted by Michael Schwartz, Gabrielle Hamilton and Gastón Yelicich takes place on Friday, February 20, at Amara at Paraiso as part of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival. The evening features a joint menu by Michael Schwartz, the James Beard Award-winning chef behind Miami’s Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink; Gabrielle Hamilton, James Beard Award winner and chef-owner of New York’s Prune; and Gastón Yelicich, the Uruguayan chef whose Parador La Huella has been recognized among the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Set against the waterfront backdrop of Amara at Paraiso, the dinner reflects each chef’s distinct culinary perspective, from Schwartz’s ingredient-first approach rooted in South Florida, to Hamilton’s expressive, genre-defying style, to Yelicich’s refined coastal cooking inspired by Uruguay’s Atlantic shores. Together, the chefs present a unified progression of dishes that highlights craftsmanship, global influence, and a shared respect for place and product.
