Doral Planetary Parade at the Park
Feb 28, 2026
From: 10:30 AM to Noon
A rare planetary alignment becomes the evening’s main attraction at this outdoor stargazing event in Doral.
The Doral Planetary Parade at the Park takes place Saturday, February 28 at Doral Glades Park. Presented by the City of Doral, the all-ages gathering invites visitors to observe a celestial lineup as six planets appear across the evening sky.
Shortly after sunset, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn may be visible to the naked eye, forming an arc above the horizon. With binoculars or telescopes, guests can also spot Uranus and Neptune. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own binoculars, chairs and blankets for comfortable viewing.
The Frost Science Museum will be on site with a Celestron telescope for guided observation, while park staff and local astronomy enthusiasts assist with planet identification and share insights about the solar system.
