Earth Heart Walk
This event has passed.
A guided forest walk blends nature immersion, sound healing and collective intention in a free community gathering centered on grounding and care for the Earth.
Taking place Saturday, February 7 at Greynolds Park, the Earth Heart Walk brings together a forest bathing experience led by Traci Mendez with a sound bath facilitated by House of Vibration. Set within a natural landscape, the gathering creates space for quiet reflection, prayer and shared presence, inviting participants to slow their pace and engage with the environment through mindful walking and listening.
Rather than a performance or formal workshop, the experience emphasizes stillness and connection. Participants are welcome to contribute to a communal altar honoring the land and collective intentions, and may bring optional items such as flowers, crystals or meaningful objects. Comfortable walking shoes, water and sun protection are recommended.
The gathering is free and donation-based, with no expectation to contribute. Attendance is open to all who wish to spend time in nature through a shared, contemplative experience focused on restoration, awareness and care for the planet.
