EDC Pre-Venice Studio Night: Tout moun fèt
Apr 24, 2026
Starting: 8:30 PM
A studio-based event in Little Haiti brings together art, conversation and music in advance of the Venice Biennale. Taking place Friday, April 24, EDC Pre-Venice Studio Night: Tout moun fèt offers access to Haitian artist Edouard Duval-Carrié’s workspace and current body of work.
The evening includes a viewing of pieces from Duval-Carrié’s Venice Biennale series, along with a salon-style conversation featuring the artist and art historian Erica Moiah James, moderated by curator Vanessa Selk. The program provides insight into the artist’s practice as he prepares to represent Haiti at the 2026 Venice Biennale.
The night concludes with a DJ set by Gardy Girault, known for blending Haitian rhythms with electronic music, creating a sound rooted in cultural traditions and contemporary production. Presented by the Tout-Monde Art Foundation, the event supports Duval-Carrié’s upcoming participation in the Biennale while offering a close-range cultural experience in a studio setting.
