A lunar-themed wellness gathering marks March’s Full Moon in Virgo with meditation, movement and sound healing at 1 Hotel South Beach. Timed with a Lunar Eclipse, the evening centers on reflection, release and personal reset through guided practices.
Full Moon Sound and Social takes place Tuesday, March 3 at 1 Hotel South Beach.
Led by Sabrina of Kanekshun, the experience includes a grounding meditation, breathwork designed to regulate the nervous system, immersive sound healing and mindful movement. The program concludes with a social component featuring alcohol-free lunar mocktails and community connection.
The session is designed to encourage clarity, balance and renewal through intentional practice. No refunds or ticket transfers are permitted. Hotel programming is complimentary for registered 1 Hotel guests, 1 Club members and residents age 21 and over.
