Breathwork, mindful movement and sound healing set the tone for a recurring full moon wellness series at 1 Hotel South Beach in Miami Beach. Full Moon Sound & Social takes place Monday, June 29, and Thursday, July 30, on Ocean Terrace.
Led by Sabrina Badeaux of Kanekshun, each immersive evening draws on the energy of the full moon through guided meditation, intentional breathwork, gentle movement and a restorative sound journey. The June gathering is inspired by the grounding energy of the Capricorn Strawberry Moon, the first full moon of summer, while the July installment takes place under the Full Moon in Aquarius, with a focus on authenticity, release and renewal.
The program is designed to support reflection, self-discovery and intention-setting in an outdoor setting. After the wellness session, guests can stay for mocktails and conversation, creating space to integrate the experience and connect with others.
The event is complimentary for 1 Hotel guests, 1 Club members and 1 Homes owners age 21 and older, subject to availability. Hotel guests and owners should contact the concierge or hotel marketing team to secure a spot, while 1 Club members may RSVP through the 1 Club page. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
