Glenfiddich Scotch and Prime 54: Race Week Pairing Dinner

A multi-course pairing dinner at Prime 54 highlights premium Scotch whisky alongside steakhouse cuisine during Miami’s Race Week. The event takes place Wednesday, April 29 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, offering an intimate dining experience centered on curated pairings and limited-release spirits.

Presented in collaboration with Glenfiddich, the evening features five whisky pours, including selections from the brand’s Time Distilled collection such as its 30- and 40-year expressions. Each course is paired with dishes prepared by Fontainebleau chefs, designed to complement the flavor profiles of the featured whiskies.

Guests receive a bottle of the Glenfiddich x Aston Martin Formula One Limited Edition 16-Year-Old, with an additional opportunity to win access to a Formula One Paddock Club experience. The ticketed event is limited in capacity and structured as a guided tasting and dining program.
