L.P. Rhythm & Ms. Mada

House selectors L.P. Rhythm and Ms. Mada bring a Memorial Day weekend club night to Jolene Sound Room Miami. The event takes place Saturday, May 23 and is open to guests 21 and older. The lineup pairs L.P. Rhythm’s ’90s-inspired house sound with Ms. Mada’s deep ties to Miami’s electronic music scene.

L.P. Rhythm is known for productions and DJ sets that draw from the vintage textures of 1990s house while keeping a contemporary club focus. His music has earned support from artists including Chris Stussy, Enzo Siragusa, PAWSA, Job Jobse, Patrick Topping, ANOTR and Rossi, helping extend his profile across U.K. and international dance floors.

Filipino-born and Miami-raised, Ms. Mada is a longtime figure in the city’s house and techno community and a resident DJ at Club Space. Her résumé includes appearances at Ultra, BPM, BAUM, Time Warp NY, Secret Project, Hard Summer and III Points, along with a Boiler Room set recorded during III Points in 2019.

Jolene Sound Room Miami is located in the basement of the historic Julia & Henry building in downtown Miami. Inspired by midcentury recording studios and 1970s leisure culture, the venue offers an intimate setting for dance music and late-night nightlife.
