Local Views at the Art Station: I’m From Everywhere

Migration, memory and belonging become material for a participatory art workshop at Pérez Art Museum Miami. Presented Sunday, September 20, I’m From Everywhere brings artists Anna Biondo and Flor Godward together for The Body as Territory, an interactive installation and hands-on program exploring how people carry ideas of home across places and identities.

The program expands on PAMM’s exhibition This is America: Selections from PAMM’s Collection through wearable textile sculptures, writing and symbolic architectural forms. Participants are invited to contribute personal stories, memories and reflections to an evolving collective artwork centered on movement, identity and shared experience.

The afternoon begins with a tour of This is America, followed by a performance and workshop. The program is open to all ages, requires no prior art experience and is included with museum admission.
