¡MAYDAY!

Miami-based hip-hop group ¡MAYDAY! returns to the Miami Beach Bandshell for an open-air performance as part of the North Beach Social series. Taking place Thursday, April 16, the concert is presented as a free monthly gathering focused on live music and community engagement in Miami Beach. The event highlights the group’s longstanding connection to the local music scene.

Formed in Miami, ¡MAYDAY! built an early following through live performances across South Beach before gaining national attention and signing with Tech N9ne’s Strange Music label in 2011. Their work blends hip-hop with live instrumentation, incorporating elements of rock, funk and Latin influences. Over the past decade, they have collaborated with artists including Kendrick Lamar, CeeLo Green and Ace Hood.

The performance is part of North Beach Social, a recurring series that brings a range of artists to the Bandshell for free, community-oriented events.
