Miami Beach Youth Sport & Wellness Festival

Youth sports, wellness activities and family fitness take over Flamingo Park for a weekend festival designed around movement, confidence and community. Running May 29–31, the Miami Beach Youth Sports & Wellness Festival brings together clinics, tournaments, open play, wellness sessions and coaching workshops for kids, teens and families.
Produced by the Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation in partnership with the City of Miami Beach, the festival emphasizes positive coaching, access to sports and healthy habits that support long-term well-being. The weekend begins with a Friday opening celebration from 6 to 8 p.m., followed by full festival days on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Festival entry is free, with registration required for skills clinics. Tournament participation requires a per-player donation, with proceeds supporting youth sports access, wellness education and positive coaching programs across Miami Beach.
Featured activities include:
- Soccer | Football Stadium, 9v9 Field and Softball Outfield: Beginner fundamentals, skills sessions, goalkeeping clinics and a two-day 5v5 tournament.
- Swimming | Aquatic Center: Warmups, a swim meet, an introduction to competitive swimming and stroke clinics.
- Wellness & Fitness | Wellness Zone at the Pickleball Courts: Yoga, Pilates, strength, recovery, family fitness and positive coaching workshops.
- Youth Fitness & Obstacle Race | MB FitKids Zone at the Football Stadium: Age-group obstacle course heats for kids, teens and families.
- Golf | Golf Activation Area: Drop-in play, first-swing instruction and skills clinics for young players.
- Cheer & Gymnastics | Activation Zone at the Basketball Courts: Tumbling, cheer experiences, beginner stunts and short performances.
- Tennis | Tennis Center: Open play, beginner and intermediate clinics, serve instruction, round robin play and youth tournament opportunities.
- Volleyball | Pop-Up Courts near the Michigan Avenue entrance: Open play, skills instruction and a youth showcase.
- Pickleball | Pickleball Courts: Open play, a family clinic and a family tournament.
- Baseball | Softball Infield: Tee-ball instruction, baseball skills clinics and skills challenges.
- Softball | Softball Fields: Skills clinic and softball challenges.
- Flag Football | 9v9 Soccer Field: Girls and co-ed skills clinics, followed by a 5v5 tournament.
- Basketball | Basketball Courts: Open play, skills clinic and a youth tournament.
- Lacrosse | Softball Stadium Outfield: Intro clinic and open play.
- 3K Fun Run | Football Stadium start/finish line: A community run scheduled for Sunday morning.
The festival offers a broad introduction to youth sports in one central park setting, allowing families to explore multiple activities over the course of the weekend while supporting programs that expand access to athletics and wellness resources.
