Miami Takeover: Art of Culture Fest

Music, comedy and visual art come together in an open-air festival centered on contemporary urban culture at the Miami Beach Bandshell. The Art of Culture Festival takes place Friday, July 24.
Serving as the official opening event for The Miami Takeover Weekend 2026, the festival launches a three-day series known for bringing together Black professionals, creatives and cultural tastemakers for a mix of social events, community engagement and nightlife experiences across Miami Beach and surrounding neighborhoods. Produced by Miami Takeover LLC, the annual weekend has become a recurring summer gathering centered on culture, connection and shared experiences.
The opening event reflects the weekend’s core themes through a festival-style format featuring DJ sets, live performances and creative activations in an outdoor beachfront setting. Held at the Miami Beach Bandshell, the program introduces the tone of the weekend with a focus on music, artistic expression and community.
Open to guests ages 21 and over, the event marks the start of a multi-day cultural program taking place across Miami Beach and the greater Miami area.
