Miss Carnaval Miami

A longstanding celebration of culture, leadership and community takes center stage at the Manuel Artime Theater with the 44th Annual Miss Carnaval Miami Pageant, part of the annual Carnaval Miami lineup.

Held on Sunday, February 22, the pageant honors a decades-long tradition of recognizing young Hispanic women who exemplify poise, talent, civic engagement and a strong commitment to community service. Presented by the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, the event culminates in the selection of Miss Carnaval Miami, who serves as the official goodwill ambassador for Carnaval Miami and its affiliated organizations throughout the year.

The winner is chosen by a panel of judges representing business, media and civic leadership, and takes on a yearlong role representing Carnaval Miami at public events and community initiatives. In addition to the ambassadorial title, the honoree receives a college scholarship, paid entry to the Miss Florida USA pageant and additional gifts, marking a milestone moment in the pageant’s 44-year history.

Miss Carnaval Miami is one of many signature events presented under the Carnaval Miami umbrella, a cultural platform powered by the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana. Proceeds from Carnaval Miami events benefit the Kiwanis of Little Havana Foundation, supporting youth programs, scholarships and community-based initiatives across Miami-Dade County.
