Mother's Day at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne
May 10, 2026
A Mother’s Day dining experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne highlights two newly introduced restaurant concepts following the resort’s recent renovation. Available Sunday, May 10, the offerings include distinct menus and settings that range from oceanfront Italian cuisine to Aegean-inspired fare.
Guests can choose to dine at Luma, an ocean-facing restaurant led by Executive Chef Patrizio La Gioia, where the menu blends Italian tradition with contemporary techniques. Brunch and dinner options feature handmade pastas, seafood and grilled meats, with dishes such as spaghetti alle vongole and bistecca Fiorentina, alongside lighter brunch selections like lemon-ricotta pancakes and eggs Benedict.
At Paralía, Executive Chef Renato Mekolli presents a menu influenced by the Greek isles and Turkey’s Aegean coast, with an emphasis on shareable mezze, grilled seafood and regional specialties. Dishes such as grilled prawns and short-rib baklava reflect a focus on simple ingredients and bold flavors, complemented by coastal wines and Mediterranean-inspired cocktails.
Set within the resort’s oceanfront property, the dining experiences offer a range of options for celebrating the holiday in Key Biscayne. Reservations are recommended.
