The experience includes a buffet featuring seasonal fruits, smoked fish, cheeses, charcuterie and a carving station, along with hot selections such as chicken shawarma and pomegranate-glazed salmon. Guests can also choose from à la carte dishes including hummus with house-made bread, shakshuka, grilled meats and vegetable plates, alongside desserts like soft serve with pistachio rice crunch and fruit-based sorbets. A customizable Bloody Mary option is available as an add-on.
Helmed by chef Michael Solomonov, Aviv draws on a range of Middle Eastern influences, with an emphasis on bold flavors and communal dining. The brunch is priced per person, with a reduced rate available for children.
