Begin the lunar cycle with an evening dedicated to renewal and intention at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. The New Moon Ceremony, taking place on Wednesday, January 29, offers a thoughtfully curated experience blending movement, reflection and relaxation.
The evening begins with a guided slow flow yoga session, designed to foster balance and clarity, followed by a manifestation workshop to help participants set meaningful intentions aligned with the new moon’s energy. A bonfire ceremony invites attendees to release the past and welcome new beginnings under the stars. The event concludes with a sound healing session in the hammam, featuring live flute melodies, soothing vocals and singing bowls for a deeply restorative journey rooted in shamanic wisdom.
Tickets are $75 and include access to the indoor baths following the ceremony.
