It all adds up to more fun daytime dining, date nights and dinner options than you’ll know what to do with this August and September. Whether it’s wagyu, New York strip, rack of lamb or pork chops you crave – there’s even meat sushi on the lineup – these top steak restaurants in Miami are worth booking this season for Miami Spice.
RÒ Steakhouse
A striking design that depicts a cave-like forest, RÒ Steakhouse in Coral Gables is a uniquely elevated space to dine when you’re looking for elegant steakhouses in Miami.
When it’s offered: The $40 lunch menu and $50 dinner menu for Miami Spice are available Sunday through Thursday.
What we’re ordering: From the lunch menu, highlights include Caesar salad, braised cabbage with truffle moray sauce, ribeye chicaroon and spicy rigatoni. For dessert, go for the slice of Basque cheesecake with mixed berries or Yucatan flan.
At dinner, start with a burrata, wedge salad, rock shrimp with spicy mayo or octopus carpaccio with guajillo pepper aioli. For dessert, we’re ordering the guava cheesecake with berry compote or the indulgent croissant bread pudding served with vanilla gelato.
Delilah Miami
Decked in sparkling chandeliers with windows that frame the Brickell waterfront, Delilah Miami is an enchanting supper club with vintage vibes and live performers that add to the whole experience.

What we're ordering: Begin with either an iceberg wedge or garden salad, chicken tenders with an array of fun dipping sauces and nostalgic pigs in a blanket with wagyu beef and honey mustard. For mains, pasta lovers will appreciate campanelle pomodoro, or try the crispy roasted chicken, the burger with all the fixins, branzino – the prime filet mignon is a $20 upcharge. Dessert can go either way: sorbet with seasonal fruit or the famed Kendall’s slutty brownie.
Andrés Carne de Res
A Colombian icon in the heart of Lincoln Road, Andrés Carne de Res brings its eclectic vibes and celebrated spirit to South Beach. It’s one of the most interesting restaurants in Miami, with its colorful murals and intricate details, and the dining options are expansive within the 10,000-square-foot space.
When it’s offered: The $40 Miami Spice brunch menu is offered on Saturday and Sunday, while the $40 lunch is available Thursday through Saturday. The $65 dinner is offered Tuesday through Sunday.
What we’re ordering: Our picks from the brunch menu include the egg-stuffed arepa or shrimp toast to kick things off, followed by bacon jam toast, Mexican-style eggs or a grilled Caesar salad. Or go for a sweet like the caramel waffle or pancake with maple cream butter.
Dinner highlights include a shrimp salad, grilled octopus skewer or chicken-stuffed tamalito to start. For mains, we’re going with the slow-cooked marinated pork leg. Two desserts feature dulce de leche: coconut macaroons or a fried phyllo pastry with cream.
Queen Miami Beach
Opulent and exciting, Queen Miami Beach is a memorable way to dine in South Beach. Settled in the former Paris Theater, the dramatic ambiance complements a Japanese-infused menu that makes for some of the best dining in Miami Beach.
When it’s offered: The $65 dinner menu is available Tuesday through Saturday.
What we’re ordering: Begin with your choice of a half-portion of Caesar salad with an onsen egg and panko furikake or a yuzu king salmon roll, followed by a 6-ounce skirt steak, roasted branzino with Thai chili ponzu or Korean-marinated barbecue miso lamb chops for a $15 upcharge. Finish with a tropical and airy mango coconut pavlova.
Nusr-Et Steakhouse Miami
Butcher, chef and restaurateur Nusret Gökçe, better known as Salt Bae, is behind the Nusr-Et Steakhouse and its theatrical atmosphere in Brickell. Carnivores will appreciate Salt Bae’s dedication to quality proteins, which are abundant on the Miami Spice menus this year.
When it’s offered: The $40 lunch and $65 dinner menus are both served Sunday through Saturday during Miami Spice restaurant months.
What we’re ordering: For lunch, there are several salad options to start, along with meat sushi and salmon tartare. Mains include the prime juicy burger, prime New York steak with fries or filet mignon with sauteed mushrooms and mashed potatoes. For the finale, go with seasonal fresh fruit, San Sebastian cheesecake or Marash ice cream. Dinner offers most of the same options, plus a few bonus entrees, like the wagyu filet mignon or saslik beef kebabs.
Toro Toro
The Intercontinental Miami is home to acclaimed chef Richard Sandoval’s Toro Toro, known for its pan-Latin twist on the traditional steakhouse experience.
