North Beach Social: Garcia Brothers

An evening of Cuban salsa and social dancing brings live music and movement to the Miami Beach Bandshell.

North Beach Social: Garcia Brothers takes place Thursday, March 19 at the Miami Beach Bandshell on Miami Beach. Presented by Rhythm Foundation, the free monthly gathering centers on salsa music, welcoming audiences for a relaxed, open-air concert experience.

Led by pianist Andy Garcia and drummer and vocalist Yandy Garcia, the Garcia Brothers are recent arrivals to Miami’s music scene with classical training from Havana conservatories and a growing presence among the city’s Cuban music community. Their performance highlights contemporary Cuban salsa, with additional guest musicians expected as the evening leads into Global Cuba Fest.

The night begins with a salsa dance lesson led by Salsa Z, offering an opportunity for newcomers and experienced dancers alike to participate before the live performance begins.
