Blurring the line between image and imagination, Art of Photography: What the Eye Can't See opens with a reception at Gato Gordo Gallery, showcasing work by 20 artists who reimagine the photographic medium through abstraction, manipulation and inventive form. The exhibition brings together a range of voices from across the United States, unified by their commitment to pushing beyond the visible and into the poetic.
The opening reception takes place Friday, August 8 at Gato Gordo Gallery. As part of the evening, The Biscayne Poet will present an interactive installation and compose live, personalized poems for guests. The exhibition remains on view following the reception.
