Through expressive arts sessions guided by experienced facilitators, participants are invited to reflect, connect and move through a range of topics tied to personal growth and emotional wellness.
Recovery in Motion, presented by Pioneer Winter Collective, returns for its summer session at Miami Theater Center in Miami Shores. Workshops take place every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. from June 11 through July 23. Teaching artists Andréa and Octavio Campos lead weekly sessions that explore themes such as boundaries, emotional release, spiritual resilience and transformation through creative practices like reiki, sound healing and movement-based storytelling.
Participants can join at any point during the seven-week cycle. Workshops are open to all and free to attend, offering a supportive environment for those seeking community-centered experiences that align with sober living.
