Rum Day Festival at Ball & Chain

Rum tastings, Cuban food, live music and dance fill Ball & Chain during its annual celebration of rum culture in Little Havana. The festival takes place Sunday, August 16, pairing tastings from Bacardi, Havana Club, Santa Teresa 1796 and Bacardi Reserva Ocho with a Caja China-style pork experience. Live entertainment includes Dr. Calavera, DJs, salsa performances and Ball & Chain dancers.
General admission is $35 and includes festival entry, rum tastings, Caja China food, live entertainment and raffle entry. The $55 Facundo VIP Experience adds a guided premium tasting, access to a private tasting lounge, a Cuban rum history experience, complimentary cigar, Ball & Chain fedora and priority admission.
Raffles and prizes round out the afternoon, which brings together food, music and rum traditions in one of Little Havana’s longstanding nightlife venues.
