Slow Food Miami's highly anticipated Snail of Approval Tasting Party returns for its 13th edition on Thursday, April 11. Set amidst the iconic Eden Roc Miami Beach Resort, this year's event will bring together dozens of Miami's top chefs, local growers and producers for an evening of tastings, featuring dishes crafted from South-Florida-grown produce, heritage-raised meats and sustainable seafood, paired with local craft beers and spirits. The lineup features a mix of current and past Snail of Approval honorees.
Proceeds from this event will benefit Slow Food Miami’s Edible School Garden Program.
