Snail of Approval Tasting Party

A tasting event highlighting locally sourced cuisine brings together chefs, farmers and artisans at an oceanfront venue on Miami Beach. The 15th Annual Snail of Approval Tasting Party takes place Thursday, April 9 at the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, offering an evening centered on sustainable food practices and regional flavors. Organized by Slow Food Miami, the event showcases participants recognized for their commitment to “good, clean and fair” food.

Guests can sample a wide range of dishes and beverages from local culinary professionals, with offerings that reflect seasonal ingredients and South Florida’s agricultural diversity. The gathering also provides an opportunity to connect with the people behind the region’s food systems, from growers to chefs.

Proceeds from the event support Slow Food Miami’s Edible School Garden Program, which provides hands-on garden education to students across Miami-Dade County.
