Still In Love With My Ex: A Buddhist's Perspective
Apr 14, 2026
Starting: 7:00 PM
A reflective evening on love, attachment and personal growth brings Buddhist philosophy into conversation with modern relationships at Faena Hotel Miami Beach. This guided class explores how to remain open-hearted through endings, transitions and change.
Led by Hector Marcel, President of Three Jewels NYC and a consultant to Fortune 500 organizations, the program examines attachment and letting go through a contemporary lens grounded in traditional Buddhist teachings. Marcel shares a narrative framework and practical techniques designed to help participants navigate heartbreak, comparison and emotional closure with resilience and clarity. The discussion extends beyond romantic relationships to include former identities, careers, friendships and life chapters that have ended.
Titled Still In Love With My Ex: A Buddhist’s Perspective, the session takes place Tuesday, April 14 at Faena Hotel Miami Beach. The class is structured as a two-hour experience combining storytelling, philosophical insight and applied exercises focused on cultivating relational intelligence and emotional steadiness.
This program is part of the broader lead-up to Wellist Week, a citywide series of wellness-focused gatherings held across Miami.
