Supper That Sustains Us: Sea-to-Table Dinner

Ocean-friendly dining is the focus of a rooftop dinner connecting sustainable seafood, local ingredients and marine conservation. Presented by Blue Scholars Initiative as part of the World Ocean Celebration lineup, Supper That Sustains Us: Sea-to-Table Dinner takes place Monday, June 8 from 7 to 10 p.m. at Watr at 1 Rooftop at 1 Hotel South Beach on Miami Beach. The ticketed dinner is priced at $250.

Set against ocean views, the evening highlights the relationship between healthy marine ecosystems and responsible food choices. Guests can expect a curated dinner featuring responsibly sourced seafood and locally inspired ingredients, along with storytelling and conversation around ocean-friendly food systems.

The event is presented in partnership with 1 Hotel South Beach. Valet parking is available with special event validation, and nearby options include the G12 Parking Garage and Collins Park Lot. The area is also served by the Miami Beach Trolley’s South Beach Loop.
