A live performance by Thaiboy Digital brings a blend of rap, electronic production and club-oriented sound to The Ground Miami. Taking place Thursday, May 14, the UNDERWORLD Tour stop features a lineup that reflects the artist’s evolving style within contemporary underground music.
Born in Thailand and raised in Sweden, Thaiboy Digital is a member of the Drain Gang collective, known for shaping a distinct sound that merges hip hop with atmospheric and electronic elements. His recent work, including tracks like “Silk Road” and “Euro Dollar Yen,” leans toward faster tempos and synth-driven production, drawing from EDM and experimental club music alongside melodic rap. His upcoming album Paradise, created in collaboration with Swedish producers, continues this direction.
The event also includes a performance by producer Whitearmor, a frequent collaborator within the Drain Gang circle. Held in an intimate club setting, the show is part of a North American and European tour showcasing a cross-genre approach to live electronic and hip hop performance.
