This collaborative event between MOCA and YWCA brings together diverse perspectives on cultivating a well-rounded life. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with community organizers and specialists in various aspects of wellness, including doulas, life planners and third space creators who share insights on balanced living.
The gathering offers a multisensory experience with hands-on activities and health-centered food options to nourish both mind and body. Live music will provide a vibrant backdrop to the day's explorations. Families with children can participate in a special movement workshop led by exhibiting artist Smita Sen, designed specifically for younger participants.
