Thursdays at PAMM: Chabon
May 21, 2026
From: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
An art workshop at Pérez Art Museum Miami explores identity and expression through charcoal drawing and live creative practice. Taking place Thursday, May 21, Thursdays at PAMM: Chabon marks the first session of a series presented during Haitian Heritage Month.
Created by multidisciplinary Haitian artist Bacheler, Chabon is a recurring program that uses charcoal as a primary medium to examine themes of memory, culture and human connection. The workshop blends hands-on artmaking with elements of music and conversation, creating an environment that encourages both individual expression and collective engagement.
The series continues with additional sessions later in the summer. As part of PAMM’s Thursday programming, guests can also explore exhibitions, join a guided gallery tour or visit the waterfront terrace during extended evening hours.
