Victory Lap at Carillon

A multi-room evening event blending food, cocktails and motorsport-inspired activities takes place at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort on Miami Beach during Race Week. Held Friday, May 1, Victory Lap at Carillon offers a social experience built around themed dining and interactive entertainment.

Guests can sample passed light bites and a fresh pasta station while exploring different lounge environments, including a martini-focused bar and a main cocktail area. A race simulator adds a participatory element, reflecting the event’s connection to race weekend programming across the city.

Ticket options include general admission with a welcome cocktail and drink tokens, as well as a limited-capacity VIP experience featuring additional tastings such as a wagyu tartare bite and a curated cheese flight. The event runs from 7 to 10 p.m., with timed sessions for select VIP components.
