World Jai-Alai League: Renegades vs Warriors

Professional jai-alai returns to Friday nights at JAM Arena as the Renegades and Warriors face off in the first public match of World Jai-Alai League Season X. The matchup takes place Friday, September 18, bringing BattleCourt competition back to the historic Miami fronton during its centennial year. Players use curved cestas to catch and return the pelota at speeds that can exceed 150 mph, with singles and doubles matches played in a best-of-three-set format.
The evening also includes a live DJ, contests and prize giveaways, $2 beers and a drawing for Miami Dolphins tickets for eligible Eventbrite ticket holders. Food and beverages are available throughout the night, with VIP courtside seating offering additional amenities.
The Museum of Miami will also bring its Miami Stories Recording Booth to the arena, inviting spectators to share personal memories and stories connected to jai-alai and life in Miami.
