Originally designed by Igor Polevitzky and Morris Lapidus, the building has been thoughtfully transformed by ADC Atelier to reflect a tropical modernism that’s rooted in legacy, yet firmly focused forward. Golden light, natural materials, and a lived-in energy replace over-curation and flash. What emerges is a warm, coastal minimalism—softly electric, endlessly inviting.
At the heart of it all is a bold food and beverage program from Michelin-starred chef Abram Bissell and globally awarded cocktail architect Christopher Lowder. Latin American and Caribbean influences meet a wellness-forward, seed-oil-free ethos across the property’s collection of restaurants, lounges, and poolside venues. It’s dining that’s rich in flavor, light in spirit, and distinctly of its place.
From sunrise swims to golden hour cocktails, impromptu DJ sessions, and long, languid dinners, the rhythm of the day unfolds organically. On weekend nights, The Bar becomes a magnet for the city’s creative set—music from 8 to midnight, cocktails that linger, bites that spark conversation.
