Spa Treatments When Traveling through Miami International Airport
- May 07, 2026
Stuck on a layover at Miami International Airport (MIA)? Instead of pacing the terminal, discover the airport's impressive spa and wellness options. Concourse D features a full-service spa with massages and touchless treatments. You can also find a health clinic in Concourse H offering massage and IV therapy, or use the free yoga room before security in Terminal H.
Whether you’re in dire need of a quick airport massage or just looking for things to do in the Miami airport to pass the time, we’ve got you covered. With a long enough layover, these MIA spas (and a handful just minutes away by car) work in your favor.

XpresSpa
Location: North Terminal at Concourse D, near Gate D-11
Hours: Open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
XpresSpa offers all the spa treatments you might desire in a timely fashion, right inside the North Terminal. It takes walk-ins, though calling ahead saves time during busy travel periods.
The massage menu covers 4 key areas for travelers: foot massage, which addresses in-flight swelling and circulation; neck and back work for muscle stiffness; hand and arm massage for stress relief; and the Stress Tension treatment, a full sequence covering the head, shoulders and arms. A therapeutic stretch service uses a Hypervolt 2 heated massage gun and runs anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes, depending on how much time you have. For a longer session, the fully clothed table massage goes up to 90 minutes.
The spa’s “touchless" offerings boast nearly half a dozen automated options, from the CERAGEM Therapeutic Thermal Massager, an automated bed combining air cell massagers and thermal therapy, to Compression Therapy that uses air compression to reduce swelling and improve circulation and more. Plus, Priority Pass members get complimentary time on the devices.
Nail care includes manicures and pedicures in 3 tiers, from a basic express service to a premium option with exfoliation, hydrating mask and extended moisturizing treatment, depending on how much you want to indulge.
MIA Health
Location: Second flood of Terminal H, Between Doors 19 and 20
Hours: Open daily from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Pre-security on the second floor of Terminal H, MIA Health offers therapeutic and relaxation massage to relieve pain and improve circulation, along with IV therapy, rehydration and vitamin infusions for energy, immunity and recovery. Both are practical options for travelers coming off a long-haul flight.
The Yoga Room
Location: First floor of Terminal H, near Door 21
Hours: Open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
On the first floor of Terminal H, the airport’s Yoga Room offers space to move and breathe before going through security. Wooden floors, soft lighting and ambient music set it apart from a stretch of open corridor. The room is free and accessible whether you’ve just landed or haven’t checked in yet. Mats are not provided, so bring your own or plan for standing and mat-free floor work.

Miami Spa Months
If you're traveling between July 1 and August 31, keep an eye out for Miami Spa Months, when you can experience top-tier spas for only $109, $159 or $199. That means treatments cost about 40 percent what you'd normally pay for massages and facials, and many spots even throw in pool and beach access for the day.
