Summertime in Greater Miami & Miami Beach means the return of Miami Spa Months and Miami Spice Restaurant Months. Miami Spa Months runs throughout July and August, while Miami Spice heats up August and September.
With Miami Spa Months, participating spas offer select services at discounted rates of $109, $159 and $199.

Luxuriate in Surf and Turf at LT Steak & Seafood
Celebrated chef Laurent Tourondel’s LT Steak & Seafood at The Betsy South Beach hotel is a classic fine-dining restaurant with a stylish dining room and an inviting front porch overlooking Lummus Park and Ocean Drive. Miami Spice is a fantastic opportunity to indulge in a sophisticated meal.
Choose from a $35 prix fixe lunch Monday through Friday or a $60 dinner Sunday through Thursday. Highlights of the lunch menu are an entree choice of grilled hanger steak or Ora king salmon, while the local burrata with piquillo pepper romesco is a wonderful way to start. At dinnertime, enjoy braised black garlic short rib served with jalapeno mashed potatoes.
For dessert, take your pick between chocolate cremeux and strawberry vanilla budino.
Dine on Classic Mediterranean at A Fish Called Avalon
An Ocean Drive classic since 1989, A Fish Called Avalon is set inside the storied Art Deco Avalon Hotel. With picture windows overlooking Lummus Park and Ocean Drive, the dining room is a lovely place to enjoy the restaurant’s signature Mediterranean fare.
During Miami Spice, A Fish Called Avalon will offer a special $60 prix fixe dinner menu seven nights a week. To start, escargots, burrata and a wedge salad are on offer. Choose from branzino, top sirloin with chimichurri sauce, and free-range citrus chicken for your entree.
For dessert, savor a classic key lime pie, coconut creme brulee or raspberry sorbet.

During Miami Spa Months, K’Alma is offering a wide range of treatments every day. Choose from the Embody Power treatment (30 minutes for $109; 50 minutes for $159), which combines an herbal body wrap, scalp massage and chakra alignment. The 80-minute Transcend & Detox treatment ($199) includes a lymphatic drainage massage, body scrub, seaweed wrap and smudging with Andean herbs.
There’s also the Awaken Joy aromatherapy massage (30 minutes for $109; 50 minutes for $159), which includes a guided meditation and a crystal eye-cooling mask plus other options. Book a spa treatment and you’ll also gain access to Hotel Victor’s rooftop pool, so you can make a day of it.
