Catering & Conference Services Manager - Solé Miami

Join the team at Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort as a Catering & Conference Services Manager. Located in Sunny Isles Beach, Solé Miami is a recently renovated, full-service hotel featuring 222 guestrooms and condos, BALEENkitchen, a bar, beach access, and pool service.

This dynamic position combines sales, event servicing, and administrative responsibilities, with approximately 60% of the role focused on sales and 40% dedicated to servicing catering groups and administrative tasks. The primary sales focus is cultivating and developing the social, wedding, and corporate markets, with an annual sales quota of $750,000.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and grow social, wedding, and corporate catering business.
• Work toward an annual catering sales quota of $750,000.
• Dedicate approximately 60% of the role to sales activities.
• Manage and service catering groups to ensure successful events and exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle administrative responsibilities associated with catering and conference services.
• Build strong relationships with clients while supporting the hotel's hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a similarly sized hotel of 200 or more rooms.
• Full-service hotel experience, preferably within an upscale independent hotel.
• Dependable and highly organized with a positive, can-do mindset.
• Strong team player with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to remain reliable and solution-oriented when plans or circumstances change.
