Cancellation & Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. No deposit is required at booking except for the Junior City Suite, Junior City Handicap Suite, and Oceanfront 1 Bedroom room types, which require a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax.
Reservations may be cancelled without charge until 4:00 p.m. local time three days prior to arrival, excluding peak dates. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged one night's room and tax.
Resort Credit
The $50 resort credit is valid per room, per stay and may be applied toward qualifying charges at The Palms Hotel & Spa, including Essensia Restaurant, the Tiki Bar, in-room mini-bar, eligible spa treatments, cabana or cabanita rentals, and purchases in the hotel gift shop.
The credit cannot be applied toward the room rate, hotel fee, valet parking, taxes, gratuities, service charges, special prix-fixe menus, promotional dining offers, or Miami Spice menus. Spa redemption is limited to eligible 50-minute or longer, non-discounted facial or massage services and requires advance reservations by calling 305-908-5460. Additional spa restrictions and service charges apply. Unused credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Hotel Fee
A daily hotel fee of $48, inclusive of tax, provides amenities including premium high-speed Wi-Fi, Chromecast-enabled in-room streaming, beach and pool loungers, umbrellas and towels, SPF sunscreen, daily wellness classes, fitness room access, unlimited in-room Julius Meinl® coffee, complimentary local and U.S. domestic calls, a lobby refreshment station, business desk with printing, board games, and children's beach toys.
Free Reward
Guests who book directly through The Palms Hotel & Spa website may choose a complimentary reward, with options such as discounts on local sightseeing tours and select gift cards. Rewards are provided and fulfilled by LaaSie, a third-party company, and are not operated by the hotel.
