Amore al Mare: A Valentine's Dinner Experience

A three-course, shareable dinner pairs coastal Italian flavors with live music for an evening centered on food, atmosphere, and occasion.

Amore al Mare: A Valentine’s Dinner Experience takes place at Donna Mare Italian Chophouse inside the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club on Miami Beach, with reservations beginning at 6:15 p.m. The prix fixe menu is designed for Valentine’s Day dining and opens with first courses served family-style, including coastal Italian dishes and optional enhancements such as tuna and papaya tartare or Ossetra caviar. For main courses, guests choose from selections that range from heart-shaped stone crab ravioli and whole branzino to grilled petit filet with prawn and signature house-made pastas.

Dessert is presented from the Carrello della Pasticceria for sharing, alongside a Valentine’s-exclusive white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake. The evening also offers optional champagne presentations, curated wine pairings, and specialty cocktails. Live music by Yamit and The Vinyl Blvd provides the soundtrack throughout the night. This event features a prix fixe menu only, with regular à la carte dining unavailable.
